Upton-by-Chester High School is a large secondary school with extensive carpeted areas used daily by staff and students. Classrooms, offices, libraries, corridors and shared spaces all needed consistent professional cleaning before the start of each new academic year. The school needed a contractor who understood the demands of an educational setting, could work entirely within the holiday window and would deliver the same standard year after year without being chased.
What We Did
What we did
We schedule a multi-day programme during the summer holiday working through every carpeted area of the school. Classrooms, staff offices, the library, corridors and shared spaces. We move furniture where it is safe to do so and clean the areas that daily mopping never reaches. Every area is dried and ready for use before term starts. All operatives are DBS checked and the programme is planned with the school business manager before we start.
