At the moment most of our commercial clients use us on a repeat basis without a formal contract in place. They call, we come, the standard is maintained and they call again. It works because we're flexible.
We're now formalising this into proper maintenance programmes for businesses that want the reliability of a booked schedule without the effort of arranging it each time. Our longest standing commercial relationship has run for three years.
The reason clients move to a regular arrangement after a one-off clean is straightforward. They want to keep the standard they saw after that first job. A scheduled programme makes that happen without them having to think about it.

Yes. Full insurance certificates, COSHH data sheets and risk assessments are available on request. We also hold Trading Standards approval under the Buy With Confidence scheme. Everything a procurement team needs is available without having to ask twice.
We are flexible. If you need to shift a visit because of an event, visitors or a change in your schedule, just let us know as early as you can and we will accommodate it. We have never penalised a client for a reasonable schedule change.
That depends on what your premises needs. Most carpet maintenance visits include a full pre-vacuum, pre-treatment of any problem areas and a thorough extraction clean. Upholstery cleaning can be added to any visit. Hard floor cleaning is also available as part of a combined maintenance programme.
Yes. We are approved under the Trading Standards Buy With Confidence scheme and are the only carpet and floor cleaning company in Flintshire to hold this accreditation. This means we have been vetted, inspected and approved by Trading Standards officers. For businesses and procurement teams it provides complete assurance that you are working with a legitimate, vetted contractor. We can provide our Trading Standards certificate on request.
