Lightfoot Cleaning Services Ltd is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. We are based in Deeside, CH5 and operate across Chester, North Wales and the Wirral.

We do not collect sensitive personal data and we do not collect data from children under 18.

We retain enquiry and customer records for up to 3 years from the date of last contact or the date of the last service provided, whichever is later. This allows us to handle any follow-up queries or disputes.

After this period, personal data is securely deleted.

Our website uses Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site. These tools collect anonymised data including pages visited, time spent on the site and general location (country/region level).
