How It Works
Low Moisture Cleaning Explained
The low moisture process works differently to standard hot water extraction. We hoover first, then apply a specialist polymer solution and allow it to dwell. Think of it like soaking dishes before washing them. The solution works into the soiling. We then bonnet over the carpet and the dirt lifts into the pad. When dry, any residue hoovers straight up. Carpets are ready in under an hour.

How quickly do carpets dry after cleaning?
With our low moisture cleaning option, carpets are dry within the hour. That means cleaned in the morning and ready for lunchtime service, or cleaned after close and ready for opening. With standard hot water extraction, drying time is typically 2 to 4 hours depending on the venue and ventilation. We always advise which method best fits your trading window before we book.
Can you clean upholstery and carpets in the same visit?
Yes. We regularly clean carpets and upholstered seating, bar stools, booth seating and restaurant chairs in a single visit. It is the most efficient use of any downtime. One appointment, we arrive, clean everything and leave. No second visit, no disruption on a separate day.
Do you work with pub groups and multi-site operators?
Yes. Punch Pubs is one of our multi-site clients. We coordinate scheduling across venues, maintain consistent standards at each site and deal with the manager or area manager directly. National pub groups, hotel chains and restaurant groups can all be accommodated with a single point of contact for all bookings.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance contracts for hospitality venues?
Yes. Many hospitality clients move to a rolling contract after the first clean. Monthly or quarterly depending on footfall. We agree the schedule, stick to it and you do not need to think about it again.
